Oikos takes its name from οἶκος (pronounced ee-kos), the Greek word for a house, a household and the family who share it. James
Founder & Director | Sales & Land Manager
James started out in formwork before moving into sales estimating and sales management. He oversees land opportunities and sales strategy, and manages our relationships with developers, builders and industry partners.
Verity
Operations & Marketing Manager
Verity brings experience in house and land sales, residential real estate, marketing and business operations, and holds a double degree in Business (Marketing) and Public Relations & Communications. She leads operations and marketing, guiding projects from inception to market launch.
Chantelle
Sales Coordinator & Client Liaison
Chantelle has a background in administration, property and construction coordination. She looks after contracts, finance milestones, construction progress and settlement through to handover, and is your main point of contact along the way.
